It's time to register for this year's Back to School Fair, once again featuring a virtual scavenger hunt and drive-by backpack pick-up! On Monday, July 12th, FSS will publish the scavenger hunt directly on their website: https://macdillfss.com/macback-to-school/. Print out the scavenger hunt, complete it within the next three weeks, and bring it with you to the drive-by backpack pick-up on Saturday, July 31st to trade it in for a backpack!
As this program is designed to reach our amazing military children and get them excited for the new school year, children should be present in the car to receive their backpacks on the 31st. Please also print out your PDF tickets from your email once you receive them and bring them with you to check in at the backpack pick-up.
As space is limited in this program and out of respect for all military families and the donors who make this program possible, please ensure that you are able to pick up your backpacks the day of the event. If circumstances arise that prohibit you from doing so, please either cancel your registration or reach out to Venetia Waters directly at venetia.waters@us.af.mil.
Please be aware that photographs may be taken during this event for use in promoting our programs and services. The photographs may be used in various media outlets, including (but not limited to) internet, publications, and social media. If you do not want your picture taken or shared, please inform a staff member when you check in at the event.
